This two-part skill-focused workshop provides community leaders and professionals with tools to build a culture of productive dialogue on charged political issues even in the face of strong differences. Participants will exchange views and experiences, and practice the communication skills of Following Meaning and Demonstrating Understanding to help address disagreement constructively. The workshop will be practice-based and experiential, teaching skills that can be used in political conversations and other areas of difference or divides, including, but not limited to, in conversations about Israel.
