In this hands-on 3 part series, you'll learn the basics of gameplay, including the rules, the tiles, and the strategies that make Mahjong both challenging and exciting. No experience necessary. Just bring your curiosity and a sense of fun! $100 for J members | $150 for non-members

    JCRC is thrilled to be partnering with the Birmingham Civil Rights Institute as part of their summer film series on a screening of "Ain't No Back To A Merry-Go-Round," a documentary exploring a fascinating moment of solidarity between Howard University students and their Jewish neighbors. Date: Tuesday, September 9 Happy Hour: 5:00 p.m. at Sidewalk Cinemas – mingle and enjoy concessions and drinks Screening: 6:00 p.m., followed by opportunities to connect with community organizations highlighting their work to foster unity Tickets are free, but reservations are required.
