Southern Jewish Voices is a collaborative program between the Levite Jewish Community Center and Temple Beth-El to present stories about Jewish life in Birmingham. The program is presented through a series of interviews conducted in front of a live audience. Videos of all sessions are archived online. Today's guest will be Phillip Ensler, civil rights attorney and state representative for District 74 (which includes Montgomery) -- and the only Jewish member of the Alabama legislature.

The LJCC will host Steve Kerbel for a wine tasting that will take you around Israel as part of our community's celebration of Israel at 75. Doors open at 5:30 tasting will start at 6 pm.
