Book Review:  Appointments with Heaven:  This book, written by a kind humble family practice doctor, UA '79, MD UAB '83,  25 years into his practice in rural Tennessee is a case series of himself, family, friends and patients who have experienced death of loved ones, and the spectrum of responses that have led Reggie Anderson and each of us to a very spiritual place full of Good Grief where we have performed M'Chayei Hametim, resurrection of our loved ones from the dead back into our hearts where they belong. One hour 10:00-11:00 each week : 11/02, 11/08, 11/22, 12/06, 12/13, and 12/20 we will review stories in Reggie's book, and then 11:00-11:30 we will explore thought based largely in Torah on how to view pre-life, life, and the afterlife l'dor va'dor, incorporating Jacob's ladder, and Etz Chayim, the Tree of Life.
