JCRC is hosting with Temple Beth-El an “Educators' Shabbat.” Area educators (City of BHM, Jeff County, Mtn Brook, Vestavia Hills, Hoover, Homewood, Shelby County, etc.) are invited to the Friday night service which will be preceded by a tour of the sanctuary to explain our faith, observance, synagogue ritual objects and meaning. Kiddush/refreshments to follow.
Meet in the sanctuary at 10:30 a.m for a Toy Torah Procession, followed by a story and snack in the KidZone. Stay for lunch at 12:00 p.m! No RSVP required. This session features a special session of story and songs with Robin Berger! All are welcome.
