Take time to reflect before Yom Kippur with a guided hike at The J. We will be guided by Janet Bronstein from the Birmingham Shambala Meditation Center. Hikers will meet in the senior lounge first to learn more and finish in the senior lounge with refreshments. A path along the outdoor track will be available for those that would prefer a smoother path. Open to everyone!
