You’re invited to the soft opening of the Beth El Civil Rights Experience! Over the past year we’ve been hard at work developing our new exhibit with our partners at 1504. Now, we’re ready to invite our community members, collaborators, and other friends of the Beth El Civil Rights Experience for an exciting preview, Sunday, May 7 , 2-5p.m. Come enjoy docent-led tours, including a film screening, audio preview, interactive activity and opportunities for reflection and feedback. Light refreshments will be served. A special youth tour for parents and students to learn together (recommended for grades 4 and up) will begin at 2 p.m., followed by additional tour slots for all ages at 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. Tours will last approximately one hour. Registration is complimentary, though donations are always appreciated.
